This afternoon I spent 3 hours with a very engaging group of unemployed professionals, discussing the job search with today's technology employed by hiring managers. There were lots of great questions!
1. Is facebook a good tool to find a job today?
2. What about HR IS systems like Ultimate Software and Caliper...how do you deal with the pre-hire assessment questions? Do you tell the truth or give the answer they want to hear?
3. How do you get an interview with the decision maker of a company you are really interested in?
